Originally we were supposed to be a team of four but our fourth member decided at 3am that he would rather stay with the new girl he met and left us with an empty spot that we were unable to fill last minute. But I will say that Team Fosters was pretty amazing. This is Team Fosters soon after we arrived at the start line. At this moment we were feeling pretty confident once we would do once we scoped the competition.
There were several opportunities to take team pictures for bonus points. The following is Team Fosters making an entrance to the Kodak Theater. In case you were wondering, there are 37 steps from Hollywood Blvd up to the theater doors.
Since I had never heard of Graumann's Egyptian Theater, I am going to assume it is less widely know. We were instructed to make a human hieroglyphic. Does this count?
Our final bonus picture was supposed to be with a superhero on the walk of fame. These superheros only take pictures for tips. And up close, I do not think anyone would actually want to pay for a picture. Oh well, choose what makes a better story, right?
We finished the race with time to spare, hot and tired. I told the boys to make their best exhausted face. I think Conrad thought I said "make your looking into the sun face."
And finally our reward for a job well done! I have to admit, Team Fosters was pretty much like a team of honey badgers. We just took whatever we wanted.
