I find nicknames very interesting. Sometimes they work and sometimes they just don't. Sometimes they stick and sometimes they don't. Growing up I remember a group of boys in Ohio that all had nicknames that everyone knew. Their group even had a nickname. And everyone knew that nickname too. Then there were a few girls who started hanging out with the group of boys and they gave their group a nickname....that didn't catch on. Poor girls.
Any nickname I have had is just a variation of my name. Brookie and Brooklyn were the two most common. At work they call me Bangle sometimes I am even The Bangle. My manager started calling me Brook e Fresh when he met me....sometimes he just calls me Fresh. A new coworker has started calling me Brooker. Not sure how I feel about that one. Since I am semi-Jewish, Tamara's husband calls me Baruch. In the past five years my mom has decided that I am her butterfly....And one person I know calls me squirrel. If anything I think Squirrel is definitely the outlier. All the rest seem to have some logic to them.
All in all, I think I like it when different people call me different things. I guess it feels like there is a unique connection when people have random names for each other.

What about Brookie Wookie??
The only nicknames I every had were goldfish, bubbles, and of course shark. They don't really stick.
If you want I can try to come up with a random nickname for you that has nothing to do with your name...
BTW-Love the pic of the yurt
