Sherri striking a model pose...After UCLA, my friend Tamara and I made a weekly date to hang out and watch the show together. It is a fun kind of show to watch with friends because it is so much fun to make fun of Tyra and Mr. Jay becuase they take themselves so seriously. I love the bizarre advice they give. Sometimes Tamara's husband Jason also watches with us, but he is usually busy.

And ever since then it really has been a weekly party. We all have dinner together and drink wine. Sometimes we take pictures utilizing the advice that Tyra so readily doles out, but mostly we just have a really nice evening. Yes, I do look forward to Wednesday evenings more than any other day of the week.

Luis and me, not sure what the directions from Mr. Jay were on this one...but I am sure we nailed it with our mad modeling skills. Last night we had to give up our weekly dose of the models and watch Obama speak to us the voters. But that is ok....we still got to hang out, have dinner together and drink wine. All in all a fabulous way to spend a Wednesday evening.

I think Tyra is funny too.. although I usually only catch the "marathons" on the weekends.
But better is hanging with friends!
I can deal with ANTM, but if you start watching the Tyra Banks show, I don't know what I am going to do.
